That’s what the scale read yesterday when I stepped on it after a shower.


Last week was a good week with following the Ketogenic diet. Honestly, it was pretty easy.  I had a few hiccups with meeting up with friends for some drinks and just in general eating lots of junky carbs.

This week will be different.

This week’s lunch will probably be the same as last week, baked chicken thighs with two veggies.  A snack of salami and cheese in the afternoon.

Breakfast will be my usual go to of egg muffins.

Today I will not have a drink.

Today I will eat better.

Today I will be better than I was yesterday.
